Photo a Day: Day 74. This week I’ve been on Shelter Island, NY helping get a sailing program ready for the summer. These are two large boats that aren’t used in the regular summer program. The blue boat on the left is an Ensign. The White boat on the right is a Freedom 20. The Freedom 20 has no stays on it to hold up the mast, which is pretty unique among sailboats.
The orange vehicle in the picture is a Kubota RTV, and is probably the most fun and useful thing I’ve ever used. I love it.
